WarmCore is a small shop run by a couple of people in the Midwest who got tired of being cold.
Here's the honest version of how this started. We spent a few winters standing on sidelines at kids' games, scraping windshields, and walking dogs in wind chills that made our teeth hurt. Big puffy coats were too hot once you got inside and too bulky in the car. Somebody mentioned heated vests, we bought a few to try, and the good ones changed how we felt about going outside in January.
So we picked the one we'd actually recommend to a neighbor and decided to sell it.
What we are and aren't
We don't make the vests. We're a small independent retailer. The vest is made overseas by a manufacturer we chose after testing several, and it ships from their warehouse directly to you. That's how we keep the price under $60 instead of the $150+ you'll see for big-brand heated gear. The tradeoff is shipping time: expect 8–15 business days, not two. We'd rather tell you that up front than have you wondering where your package is.
What you can count on
A real person reads every email and answers within a business day or two. If your vest shows up damaged or stops working, we replace it or refund you. If you order the wrong size (they run small – check the chart), we'll help you sort it out. We're not going to disappear after you order.
