Shipping Policy

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking once it ships.

Shipping rates & delivery times (United States)

Standard Shipping (tracked): $4.99, free on orders over $60. Estimated delivery is 8–15 business days after your order ships. We ship from our partner warehouses, which allows us to keep prices low, but it does mean delivery takes longer than domestic two-day shipping.

Tracking

Every order includes a tracking number. Tracking can take 3–5 days to show its first update after your shipping confirmation. If your tracking hasn't moved in 10 days, email us and we'll investigate.

Delays

Weather, customs processing, and peak-season volume (especially November–January) can add a few days. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full.

Address changes

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can update an address within 12 hours of your order; after that, the order has usually been handed to our fulfillment partner. We can't be responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

International shipping

We currently ship to the United States only. We're working on adding more countries soon.
